Cub Scout Packs and Scouts BSA Troops, Crews, and Ships are all invited to camp the full weekend at Spanish Trail Scout Reservation. This is a true outdoor adventure — everyone is camp cooking, so plan your menus and come ready to make some memories around the fire.
Food trucks will be available on the fairgrounds Saturday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM if you’d like to work that into your unit’s meal planning.
Cub Scouts and Troops/Crews/Ships will have separate designated campsites. Each unit must provide its own qualified leadership. Per the Guide to Safe Scouting, leaders cannot count as coverage for both a Cub Scout unit and a Troop/Crew/Ship simultaneously.
Campsites are for registered campers only. Day pass holders and the public are restricted to the Athletic Field and Parking Lots A & B. Anyone found outside designated public areas who is not a registered camper will be asked to leave. These boundaries exist for the safety and enjoyment of all.

The fair is open to everyone on Saturday! Invite your friends, neighbors, and family for a full day of Renaissance fun. Day passes are just $10 — reserve yours in advance or buy at the gate.
🪙 How Will You Spend Your Gold?
Every youth participant receives a bag of gold coins upon entry — your currency for the day. Use them to take part in activities, games, and challenges spread across the fairgrounds. Run out? No problem — buy more gold at the ticket booth and keep the adventure going!
